What we do with

what you tell us.
You are thinking about trusting us with your child. The least we can do is be straightforward about what happens to the information you give us on this website.
Under legal review
This policy is written in plain English and is currently under review by Mosaic’s legal counsel. It describes accurately what this website does today. The specific items still being confirmed are listed near the bottom of this page rather than left out of it.
The short version. We only have the information you choose to type into a form on this site. We use it to answer you and to keep you informed about enrolling at Mosaic. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or use it for advertising. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will.
The rest of this page is the same thing said carefully.
What we collect

Only what you type, plus the basics every website receives.

When you save your seat. Your name, your email address, and — if you choose to give them — your phone number and ZIP code. Which grade your child would be entering. Anything you decide to tell us in the optional message box.
When you ask a question or reserve a spot at an event. Your name and your email address.
If you are an educator telling us to contact you when hiring opens. Your name, your email address, and what you teach or would like to teach.
Automatically, as with any website. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit which pages, which pages they find useful, and whether our forms are easy to complete. Google Analytics tells us that someone completed a form; it is never told who. Your name, email address and phone number are never sent to it. This site also loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your device’s IP address when a page loads.
What we do not collect. We run no advertising trackers, no Facebook pixel, and no session-recording tools. We do not ask for, and do not want, a child’s information through this website.
What we do with it

We use it to talk to you. That is all.

We read what you send.
We use what you give us to reply to you within 24–48 hours, to keep you informed about enrollment dates and school updates, and to understand how many families are interested in each grade so we can plan responsibly.
Your information is stored in our customer relationship system, GoHighLevel, and in our email. Those are the only two places it lives.
Families and educators are kept on separate lists. An educator who asks to hear about future openings will not receive enrollment emails, and a family saving a seat will not receive hiring emails.
What we never do

We do not sell your information.

We do not sell, rent, trade or share your information with anyone for their own marketing. We do not use it to target advertising to you anywhere.
We share it only with the services that make this site work — our web host and our customer relationship system — and only so that they can do that job. If a court order or Arizona public records law ever required us to disclose something, we would comply, and we would tell you unless we were prohibited from doing so.
Student records

Nothing on this website is a student record.

Mosaic has not opened, and has no students yet.

Telling us you are interested in Mosaic is not enrolling, and the information on this website is interest information about a family — not an education record about a child.

When Mosaic opens in August 2027, student education records will be governed by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), which gives families the right to inspect their child’s records, to ask for corrections, and to control disclosure. Mosaic’s FERPA notice will be published on this site before the school opens, alongside our other required public postings.
Every outside company that ever handles information about a Mosaic student will be required to sign a data processing agreement before receiving it.
Your choices

Questions you might have.

How do I have my information removed?
Email info@mosaiclearningacademy.com or call (623) 226-8180 and ask. You do not have to give a reason. We will remove you from our lists and confirm that we have done it. You can also ask us what information we hold about you, and we will tell you.
We send enrollment updates and school news to families who have asked to hear from us. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. If you would rather tell a person than click a link, email or call us and we will do it for you.
We keep interest information for as long as it is useful to the enrollment year it relates to, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. The exact retention period is one of the items our counsel is confirming, and this answer will be updated with a specific number when it is settled.
No. This site is written for parents, guardians and educators. We do not knowingly collect information from a child, and no part of this website is directed at children. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it. If Mosaic later uses a tool that is directed at scholars under 13, additional federal rules apply and we will publish how they are handled before that happens.
Our website and our hosting provider set a small number of functional cookies needed for the site to work. Google Analytics, described above, sets its own in order to tell a returning visitor from a new one. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not allow Google to use what it collects here for advertising. Whether Mosaic should show a cookie consent banner is one of the open questions with our counsel — today the site does not show one.

This policy was last updated on 1 September 2026. When any of the items above is settled, this page changes and the date changes with it.
