At Mosaic, we believe children thrive when home and school are connected. You know your child deeply, and what you know matters in how we understand, support, and challenge them at school.

From your first hello through daily school life, we want you to feel welcomed, informed, and confident that your voice matters — because we are on the same team, working toward the same goal:

Communication

Communication you
can count on.

Families should know what is happening, how their child is doing, and who to contact when they have a question.

Each scholar is assigned a primary advisor — a teacher from their studio instructional team who serves as the family’s main point of contact. Your child is supported by the full team, but you will always know who to reach first.

We will keep communication clear, warm, and easy to follow, and our standard is to respond to questions and concerns within 24–48 hours.

Warm arrivals and goodbyes

How a child enters and leaves school matters. Scholars are greeted by name in the morning and sent home with care at the end of the day. These predictable routines help children feel known, safe, and connected while giving families a consistent and welcoming start and finish to the school day.

Cafecitos and gatherings

Some of the best conversations happen when we have time to sit together. Cafecitos, gatherings with school leadership, and other informal opportunities give families space to connect, ask questions, share what matters, and build relationships with one another and with Mosaic. We know families have different schedules, so being connected to your child’s school will never depend on being able to attend every event.

A community where families belong

Belonging grows through relationships, shared experiences, and opportunities to connect and contribute in ways that work for your family. Through gatherings, celebrations, community events, and everyday moments, we want Mosaic to be a place where families recognize familiar faces, build relationships, feel welcome, and know their presence matters.

Partnership means listening to one another. Families will have opportunities to share what is working, what their child needs, and where we can continue to grow.

When you bring us a question, concern, or idea, you can expect us to listen, communicate honestly, and follow through. We may not always agree, but your perspective will matter, and your child will remain at the center of the conversation.
