Mosaic Learning Academy opens in Buckeye in August 2027, and we are building the team that will bring our vision to life. Some founding roles are hiring now, while educator positions will open as we move closer to our first school year.

We are accepting resumes for the roles below. Each is a founding position, which means you would be helping build something rather than joining something already running. Positions remain open until filled.

Founding Enrollment & Operations Manager

Full-time · $65,000–$72,000 · Starts September 2026

Mosaic’s first operational leader. Leads enrollment, then takes on the work of opening a school — facilities, procurement, vendors, launch planning.

Founding Enrollment & Family Coordinator

Part-time, ~20 hrs/week · $25–$30/hour · Bilingual English/Spanish

A bilingual first point of contact for prospective families — and the person who builds the enrollment records and systems the school will run on.

Founding Community & Events Coordinator

Part-time, ~18 hrs/week · $25–$30/hour · Starts September 2026

Owns Mosaic’s presence at every community event — the first meaningful interaction most Buckeye families will have with the school.

What We’ll Offer

You will not be expected to do this work alone.

Mosaic is designed around teams that share responsibility for scholars. Educators plan together, problem-solve together, and bring different strengths to the same group of children. Protected planning time is built into the schedule, and leadership is expected to be present, honest, and accessible.

Supporting educators is part of supporting children. When teachers have the time, trust, tools, and teammates they need to do exceptional work, scholars benefit.
