If you have taught, you know what it feels like to be responsible for a room full of children with very different strengths, needs, and stories. Excellent teaching requires noticing all of them — and no educator should be expected to do that work without a team.
Educators share responsibility for scholars, plan together, and bring their strengths to the same group of children. You will work hard here, but you will not be expected to carry the work alone.

Mosaic is relationship-centered. We use strong curriculum and instructional systems, but educators are expected to know the children in front of them and use that knowledge to make thoughtful instructional decisions.
