◆  Opening Fall 2027 — now building a strong foundation for our scholars
Community

You’ll meet Mosaic

before our doors open.
Mosaic opens in August 2027, but becoming part of a community begins long before the first day of school. While we prepare to open, we’re spending time where Buckeye families already are — listening, answering questions, and building relationships throughout the community.

We’re getting to know Buckeye, one conversation at a time.

On second Fridays at the Buckeye Night Market. At Fiestas Patrias. At the Halloween Carnival or Air Show. Over coffee at a Cafecito. If you live in Buckeye, there is a good chance you will meet us somewhere in the community before our doors ever open. We want families to know us, ask questions, share what matters, and see that Mosaic is becoming part of Buckeye long before the first day of school.
That is not a workaround. It is how we would want to do this anyway. Community starts before the first day of school, and we want to begin building it with you now.
From the founder

Why we show up before we open.

I believe families should have the opportunity to know the people they may one day trust with their child. That relationship should not begin with an application or on the first day of school.
So while Mosaic is being built, we are showing up — listening, answering questions, learning from families, and becoming part of the Buckeye community.
Trust is built in ordinary moments: how we listen, how we respond, whether we follow through, and how we treat people.
I want families to experience that kind of trust long before our doors open — to know that they will be heard, respected and met with honesty. That is the kind of relationship I want Mosaic to build with families from the very beginning.

Cafecitos

A cafecito is simple:
coffee and conversation.

It’s a relaxed, informal opportunity to sit with school leadership and other families, ask questions, share what matters to you, and get to know one another. Some of the best conversations happen when there is simply time to sit together and talk.

Bring your questions. Bring a friend. Or just come have coffee and get to know us.
Beyond Our Walls

The true impact of a school is seen beyond its walls.

We hope our scholars and families are recognized throughout the community for their kindness, confidence, responsibility, and empathy — reflecting a culture that helps children grow into compassionate, capable, and purpose-driven people.

These are more than words we want to display. They are qualities we intend to teach, model, practice, and celebrate.

Over time, we hope they become visible in the way Mosaic scholars treat others, contribute to their community, and carry themselves wherever they go. That is the standard we are building toward from the beginning.

Part Of It

Growing with and contributing to our community.

A school shapes how a child sees themselves and how they treat other people. That influence extends far beyond the school day.
We want Mosaic to contribute to Buckeye and help scholars see themselves as people who can make their community better. That often looks smaller and more ordinary than it sounds — helping a neighbor, caring for shared spaces, serving when there is a need, and noticing how our choices affect others.
At Mosaic, character is taught directly, modeled by the adults around children, and practiced through real choices. Our four commitments — Love Unconditionally, Equip Mindfully, Advocate Fearlessly, and Act Purposefully — help guide how we want scholars to learn to live within their school and their wider community.
Local Partnerships

If you work in Buckeye,
we’d like to meet you.

We’re at the very beginning of building relationships with the local businesses, nonprofits, faith communities, and civic organizations here. If you run one, or you know someone who does, we would like to talk — about partnering, about hosting something together, or about where Mosaic can contribute.
Reach out at info@mosaiclearningacademy.com. We’d love to hear from you.
